When looking at the underside of engine above the oil pan there is the bed plate or engine main cap plate that joins the block together around the crankshaft. On 2003-2006 model years with the 18MM head dowels there will be 4- 10mm hex head bolts on both the passenger and driver side of engine block that help hold the bed plate to the engine block. This model you have selected is for 18MM cylinder heads with the T40 injector hold down bolts and will not work with 20MM injector hold downs with the T45 hold down bolts. Using the incorrect injector hold downs WILL CAUSE the injectors to come loose after installation which leads to hydrostatic lock when the engines cylinder fills with diesel fuel from the cylinder heads.
