Cleaning
Every part disassembled from our cores go through a rigorous quality control inspection and are reverse engineered to remove any defects or common trouble areas from the engine. Blocks, cylinder heads and crankshafts are thoroughly cleaned before measuring for precise, not acceptable, clearances before they are pressure tested and magna fluxed for cracks and impurities. Once machined all components are final washed again with an additional inspection being performed to ensure DFC criteria is met.
